Brighton & Hove was one of the first cities in the UK to take a citywide, strategic approach to food issues. It is a model that is now being replicated elsewhere across the country.

We know we are making a difference but we can’t demonstrate this very well – can you help?

We are embarking on a new 5 year partnership action plan for the city and are seeking an academic partner to offer  expertise as part of our expert panel and in particular to guide us as to how to better measure the impact of taking a city wide action approach to food.

See our 10 year food strategy (which the new action plan will sit under) at http://bhfood.org.uk/food-strategy

    Timescale:

July 2017 to July 2018 for development of the action plan; plus (optional but welcome) 2018-2022 for tracking progress.

For further information please contact Emily O’Brien, emily@bhfood.org.uk at Brighton & Hove Food Partnership, http://www.bhfood.org.uk
