Joint Sustainable Food Cities and FRC Roundtable

‘Mapping and promoting research and practitioner collaboration on systems approaches to healthy and sustainable food’.

On the 16th of February 2017 the FRC – with Sustainable Food Cities (SFC) – held a joint roundtable bringing together practitioners from the Sustainable Food Cities Network and academics from universities across the UK with the aim to collaboratively reflect on evaluating the holistic, place-based and partnership approach to promoting healthy and sustainable food that cities are experimenting with.
