Learning From The Pandemic

Covid-19 had massive and far-reaching effects on the ways we produce and obtain food, and triggered a variety of responses, including the expansion of home delivery schemes (such as veg boxes);  the conversion of restaurants and cafes into delis and take-aways; the expansion of food banks; and a proliferation of mutual aid and solidarity initiatives. We explore how these can  help or hinder distribution models for a more sustainable food.
