Geoff Tansey launches Food Systems Academy

Independent writer and consultant Geoff Tansey has launched a new, free online open education resource, Food Systems Academy, a website hosting a number of video and audio talks on food issues which can be used in a variety of ways, for example in a college or university setting. Follow-up Q&A sessions with speakers could be arranged on some occasions.
