Christine Parker on ecological sustainability

Christine Parker from Monash University  joins the FRC for our Food Bites series and explores the current issues in the food system and what civil society organisations and academics could be doing to work towards solutions that address the issues within the food system.

Christine Parker is a Professor of Law at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. She teaches and researches law and social policy in relation to lawyers’ ethics , corporate regulation and social responsibility, and the regulation of food labelling via both law and voluntary standards.
