This lecture will look at what shapes the food system, and who (if anyone) is in control? The talk will be streamed to the other Universities that are partners in the IFSTAL project and and it will be followed by a discussion hosted jointly with the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, The Royal Veterinary College, and SOAS.
