On 11 May, the FRC hosted a workshop on using creative arts methods to improve food research, an event co-organised with Brighton and Sussex Universities Food Network (BSUFN) and the Centre for Agro-ecology, Water and Resilience (CAWR). The BSUFN website has now published a full report on the workshop, documenting the activities that took place on the day, and including comments and feedback from participants.
BSUFN have also launched a section of their website dedicated to creative and arts-related methods for research. This new resource draws on the outcomes of the workshop, but also provides examples of other projects using creative methods, as well as suggestions of useful external materials.
