The full 15 talks on the free, on-line open education resource, the Food Systems Academy are now available. The talks explore where our food systems came from, how they change, what the challenges are and how to meet them.
The talks have been well received by those using them in the Academy’s pilot phase (you can see some user comments here). To date, over 120,000 minutes have been watched.
The contributors so far are Malcolm Dando, Elizabeth Dowler, Peter Drahos, Harriet Friedmann, Janice Jiggins, Tim Lang, Paul Rogers, Olivier de Schutter, Carolyn Steel and Food Systems Academy founder Geoff Tansey.
There is a link to a survey for each talk as well as a link to a general user survey on each web page. Feedback has been very helpful in developing the site and looking to how to develop it in future, so please do fill these in if you have the time.
