Professor Tim Lang's Field Notes

Tim Lang founded the Food Research Collaboration in 2014, and worked at the Centre for Food Policy at City, University of London, until 2021. Now Emeritus Professor of Food Policy, he writes a regular column for the FRC newsletter, in which he reflects on what is happening above and below the surface of food policy.
