Olivier de Schutter joins the FRC for our Food Bites series and explores the current issues in the food system and what civil society organisations and academics could be doing to work towards solutions that address the issues within the food system.

Olivier De Schutter is the former UN special rapporteur on the right to food from 2008 to 2014, and co-chair of the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems, a group of experts from various disciplines and regions who work together towards developing proposals for food systems reform.
