Independent writer and consultant Geoff Tansey has launched a new, free online open education resource, Food Systems Academy, a website hosting a number of video and audio talks on food issues which can be used in a variety of ways, for example in a college or university setting. Follow-up Q&A sessions with speakers could be arranged on some occasions.
The project is currently in a beta testing stage, and any feedback you can provide to its founder, via survey forms available on the website, would be extremely useful. You can read a few user comments for the project’s pilot talk here. You can also follow Food Systems Academy on Twitter.
